1. Information We Collect

We collect your account details (merchant name, email, phone number, FamPay UPI ID), API configurations, transaction order records (amounts, timestamps, generated VPAs, and UTR reference codes).

2. How We Use Information

Information is exclusively used to automate UPI transaction matching via your configured IMAP reader, deliver real-time webhooks, send Telegram alerts, and enforce plan daily quotas. We never sell or monetize your transaction data.

3. Gmail IMAP Credentials

We connect to Gmail via IMAP port 993 solely using your 16-letter Google App Password. App Passwords are encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM. We never read personal emails, send emails, or delete messages. You can revoke access anytime in your Google Account settings.

4. Security & Data Storage

User identity and credentials are secured via MySQL database with bcrypt hashing and strict server-side authorization. Server credentials, webhook secrets, and private keys are never exposed in client JavaScript.
