1. Service Description

FLIENT Gateway provides automated payment verification software for merchants collecting peer-to-peer and merchant UPI funds directly into their own registered FamPay and UPI accounts. FLIENT Gateway does not intermediate, hold, escrow, or transmit money on behalf of merchants.

2. Merchant Account & Quotas

Merchants are responsible for maintaining API key confidentiality and complying with their plan daily payment quota. Quota limits are enforced server-side.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the gateway for unlawful activities, prohibited gambling, or unauthorized transactions under Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and NPCI regulations.

4. Service Availability

Automated verification relies on upstream Gmail IMAP delivery. We provide 99.9% uptime architecture on cPanel-certified infrastructure.
